BundleTally support

BundleTally maintains the base price of existing fixed bundles. Create your bundle in Shopify first, then open BundleTally from Apps in your Shopify admin.

Start with a price preview

1. Click Check prices to find fixed bundles with readable component relationships.
2. Open a bundle and choose component total, a percentage discount or a fixed discount.
3. Review component quantities, the suggested price and your price-change limit.
4. Save rule keeps the current price unchanged. Apply price update changes it after a fresh check.

Automatic updates

Automatic sync is optional. Enable it and explicitly approve the rule once. If its target already matches the current price, choose Confirm automatic sync. Product changes are queued for the scheduled worker, so updates may take more than one sync cycle.

A price change above your limit, missing component information, a currency change or an outside edit can pause syncing. Review the current preview before resuming.

Restore or stop

History shows the latest 100 price events. An eligible latest confirmed change can be undone while the Shopify price still matches that change. Undo pauses automatic sync. Stop managing removes the rule without changing the current Shopify price.

What is covered

BundleTally changes base prices in the shop currency. It does not create bundles, change inventory or component relationships, apply checkout discounts, or manage Markets and B2B price lists. A bundle starting at zero must have its price reviewed in Shopify before a nonzero managed update.
